Photo of those who attended the 1958 meeting of the Society in Dublin.

The first meeting of the Society took place at the Ciba Foundation, 41 Portland Place on June 30 and July 1st, 1956.  It consisted of all but one of the British members of the International Corresponding Club (now known as the International Epidemiological Association), two correspondents from overseas and nine visitors.  Unfortunately we do not seem to have any photograph of this occasion, but Professor John Pemberton has kindly made the photo below available from the 1958 meeting in Dublin, by which time the Society had been given its name.  If you recognize any of the people who have no name in the table below the photo, please email me
