Application Forms
Online Form We prefer you to use the online application form rather than the paper equivalents below. When you submit your entry it is immediately emailed to Julia Goodwin so that she can add it directly to the membership database, avoiding transcription errors. You will find further instructions after clicking the words Online Form in the first column of this table.

You may complete the form and Standing Order mandate on a computer, but the form must be printed and signed by you and your proposer. It should then be sent to Julia Goodwin by conventional post.
Click the button on the left for a form which can be displayed and printed by most word processors, but is more difficult to complete using a computer.
