2027 will see the 71st edition of the Society for Social Medicine & Population Health Annual Conference, which will be hosted by the University of Aberdeen 15-17 September 2027.

2027 will see our annual conference return to Scotland, this time to beautiful Aberdeen. On behalf of the Local Organising Committee, we are excited to welcome you to Aberdeen for 71st meeting from Wednesday15th – Friday 17th September 2027, with ECR pre-events on Tuesday, 14th September.
We'll be hosted by the University of Aberdeen and our co-chairs Dr Aravinda Guntupalli and Dr Janet Kyle.
Abstract submission will open in the new year, with submission deadline likely February 2027, and registration opening in May.
