The workshop
Professor Simon Capewell will lead a two-hour workshop on planning and managing projects for anybody who would like to improve their capabilities as PI. Professor Ruth Dundas will be on hand to provide additional insights. They will provide essential tips on how to assemble and manage the right team and suggestions on ensuring projects maintain momentum and stay on track. Additionally, they will provide pointers on dealing with the administrative challenges of managing the budget and wrapping up at the end of projects.
